A colleague of mine recently asked for something delicious to take along to a family picnic. After giving it some thought I suggested these Buttercream Flower cupcakes. The buttery richness of the sponge combines beautifully with the latticed icing which, as you can see, makes the cakes a sight to behold.
A fiddly job, but I was delighted with the results. Perfect as a gift or party fodder!

Each cake is tailored to suit your needs, with effort and style bespoke to your event or celebration. It is so easy talking to Caesara and telling her what you want, she always exceeds my expectations. I can't wait for my next Gilly Treat :-D
